In July a group from North Carolina came to help us with VBS. Here are some of the kids that attended.
Pastor Munoz preaching the story of David and Goliath.
"Goliath" is running away from "David".
He makes a mean "Goliath"!
So many kids that we ran out of chairs!
Even teenagers came to VBS.
Singing the song, "I may never march in the infantry..."
Listening to the story.
Isn't she cute!
My SINGLE sister-in-law Aglaee leading a song!
This is what it's all about!
The shirts they are wearing were donated by the church in North Carolina.
Praise the Lord for lots of workers!
The Betty Lukens flannelgraph was also purchased and donated to us by the church in North Carolina.
The kids really enjoyed the flannelgraph.
Even the mom's stayed to listen to the preaching and stories!
Look at that smile!
Adults would sit on the benches for the whole two hours of VBS to listen.
Edali (the girl in the blue shirt) iis one of our faithful church members daughters.
Raquel is Edali's cousin.
Listening to the lesson.
Our son Japheth praying.... he is two and a half years old here.
I met this lady the second day of VBS. I gave her a tract and she told me later that she prayed the prayer that she read in the tract. She and her husband own three buses and on Saturday she asked us how we were going to get all the kids to church for Sunday.... then she offered the use of one of her buses!
These women stood and listened to the Bible lessons and plan of salvation 3 of the 5 days.
A group of women sitting on the closest benches to be able to hear as well.
Aglaee leading some of the kids to Christ.
Isn't God good!
